We are currently hiring for an In-House Counsel position to be based out of Noida.

Job Responsibilities:

Drafting, vetting, negotiating, and standardizing Commercial Agreements, Vendor Agreements, HR Agreements, OEM Agreements, NDAs, and all agreements pertaining to the Company.

Researching and providing legal opinions on any legal/compliance matter related to the Company, including general corporate matters and changes in the regulatory regime or laws applicable to the Company.

Collaborating and liaising with clients and internal departments.

Ensuring implementation of commercial contracts and in-house compliance.

Understanding business priorities, products/solutions, and being solution-oriented in business discussions.

Developing strong working partnerships with other key stakeholders across the business (e.g., business teams, finance, marketing, and HR).

Job Requirements:

LLB with excellent credentials.

Minimum 4-8 years of exposure as an in-house lawyer in any industry (managing contract reviews and negotiations).

Experience in drafting, negotiating, vetting, and advising on commercial contracts.

Proficient in legal drafting with attention to detail.

Exceptional communication (both written and verbal) skills. High proficiency in English (written and verbal).

A self-starter with excellent business discernment, legal acumen, and the ability to work both cross-functionally and independently.

The candidate should exercise sound and practical judgment while maintaining the highest ethical standards at all times.

Strategic legal thinking and capability to arrive at practical legal solutions.

Knowledge of IT, Finance & Banking, Equipment Leasing Industry.

Excellent negotiation, communication, time management, and organizational skills.

MS Office experience - moderate to expert knowledge preferred on MS Office applications, especially MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.

Candidates with Leasing/NBFC/Business Loans industry experience would be preferred.
